Is there anyone knows the meaning of this part in the error description " !Alarm.0!8230 ". kind of confusion about this. the full description of the error is " the following line has no incoming call route for a call. Line:9. Line Group ID: 5. !Alarm.0!8230 ". thanks in advanced.

If you look in the Incoming Call Route for 8230, you will plainly see there is no DESTINATION configured. If 8230 is not a user, then add like the operator number or someone that should answer the call in the destination field.

But there is no any Incoming Call route for number ending with 8230 in the system, that's why I got confusion.

you dont have a default ICR configured for the line group. So if a incoming call arrives for a DID not specifically created then you will see these alarms in SSA.

A default ICR has incoming number field blank and a valid destination.
Means: for all calls not specifically defined in ICR for this line group use this destination.

Understood. Will try create one and to see what going to happen. Thanks!

It works. I've been watching for few days and no more related errors showing up. Thank you very much, CarGoSki.
