Hi,
Can anyone please point me in the right way :
We would like to take a incoming National CLI
(i.e 01234-567890) and change it to an International
format (i.e - 00441234567890 UK) for use with CTI / Siebel (To create a unique database reference).
We don't seem to be able to get this to work, I have added various INCOMING CALL HANDLING public-network/Format settings to no avail.
I thought that we should be able to add 01xxx / 02xxx / 00.... to a table so that we can differentiate between National & International CLI's Incoming to same Trunk Group ?
We would then need to deliver all calls to the same VDN ?
I have read through some of the previous Threads, all helpful information but does not solve my problems.
Any thoughts on the subject would be appreciated.
Thanks
Steve.
