Incoming and outgoing mail sits in Queue

Good morning all.

I have SBS2000/EX2000 All has been well with it. Yesterday, incoming and outgoing mail started getting held in the queue. I use a 3rd party filtering service (Mailwatch) to filter/forward mail to my server. I am actually receiving mail, it's just sitting in the queue not getting passed to the users mail boxes. As well, there is nothing going out. Where do I start with this one?
