Inbox messages display no text - just shows as attatchment

In Outlook Express, all of a sudden all my messages "wherther HTML or Plain Text are no longer displayed in the bottom pane....or if I open them up in a new window. The text that should be in the message is shown as a "paperclip" attachment - if I open the attatched file it will display the message.

Anyone have any ideas on which way to switch the setting back?
