This is a recent development, We changed service providers and it worked. Then we had an issue with our toll free service. I was out of the office, our service partner looked into it and corrected that issue now we have this one? Any idea where I need to correct this in the PBX? I need step by step directions I am still a novice here.

Thanks!

Thanks Eddie. Can I bother you once again for some more details. Specifically, which load and prompts?

Thanks!

By the way this is occouring on all the phones so I would assume something needs to be changed on the trunk routes so would that be ld 60? Then where would I go from there? The CLS- CNDA, TDD, DNDA is standard set up on all our phones.

Thanks again,

Lilabell

CLS- CNDA, TDD, DNDA are done in LD 20.

Changes to your route are done in LD 16.

Sounds like this actually needs to be done on your providers end. I didn't see that it was system wide!

You may want to check your RCAP on your D-Channel.

Can you post your RDB from LD 21 for the route and post your DCH for the D-Channel too.

I forgot to ask, Have you tried going to LD 96 and turning messaging on for your DCH to see if you are getting the name to the switch from the provider?
