ATT ISDN PRI to a Prologix. All inbound calls show in user display as ATT IN/OUT (trunk group name) and on Call Accounting with no ANI or Caller ID at all.
Per ATT, they set up a protocol analyzer (?) and see all inbound ANI just fine.
SO......What setting in the PBX am I missing to allow that info to not only pass onto the stations, but also allow the Call Accounting (Microcall) to record it. Avaya Business Partner says its ATT, ATT says its Vendor equipment (we all know the blame ---game)....... Ideas anyone??
Thanks

On the trunk group form, 2nd page, look at the send connected number and send name fields and make sure they are set to y. The ATT IN/OUT is probably your trunk group name if there's no ani or sid that is what you will see.
Do a list trace tac command with the tac number of your trunk group and make an incoming did call to a station. If you see your caller id there it is making it to the switch just fine and it is an option in the switch. Fix this first and your CDR trouble should be OK too, otherwise it's probably a matter of tweaking the "output format" parameter on ch-sys-cdr. This is assuming you have your ProLogix configured via a data mod or ip-services to spit out the CDR appropriately.
