I have a switch that is installed in the UK. For some reason the inbound ANI displayed on the phones and in CentreVu explorer is formated like the US xxx-xxx-xxxx. How can I remove this formatting so that the number has no dashes or spaces?
I would look in your dialplan parameters. You can change the format for 6 and 7 digits. Usually 12 digit numbers come in with no dashes...interesting. I wonder if it could be a trunk issue.
