Inactivity Timeout

Hello:
I was wondering if anyone can help me with this. Im trying to logout a user who is not active for 20 minutes,(Similar to bank websites) so that they need to log back in. Does anyone have any ideas, is this a setting? or what? Thanks Mike JR
