Inaccessible boot device issue

I´m not with the problem right now, but I did.
This is what I found on my researchs about the issue.
-It look like it is a IDE driver corruption/problem. It could be because a disk failure or (most likely) a changing of MOBO.
-I´ve tried to disable the driver by Recovery Console but it also look like there is a security problem. if you can change the HDD from a computer to another it will be a security breach (I suppose).
- At least till now there is no way to fix it, but reinstall the system.
