IN THE RDC FOR VB6.0, WHAT ARE THE PROPERTY CALIBRATIONS

In the RDC in vb6.0 when looking at the top & left properties for an object how can I determine what the measurement is in?? Twips, pixels, etc. In other words, for the value displayed for the top & left properties, what is the unit of measurement? How can it be determined??
