In-Skin Voicemail

I added two extentions but cannot get voicemail to pickup. Voicemail exist for extentions, but phones will not forward.
I can call 150 and get into the ext mailboxes, but what did I no do?

Look in your phone users guide for the code to "call Foward Busy/No Answer to voicemail and enter that code at the extensions you added. I believe it's 640 9 440. 640 is call forward, 9 is busy/no answer, and 440 is the voicemail group you want it forwarded to.
