In-Place upgrade (2000 DC to 2003 DC) HELP!!

I am wanting to upgrade a 2000DC to 2003 (as a DC). Network is as follows:
3 x W2K servers. Two of there are AD. I want to do an in place upgrade of one of these to take advantage of some of the 2003 benefits.

I know about the ADPREP commans, but are there any other issues that could affect the upgrade.

Any tips or tricks welcomed...

exchange and other AD integrated apps (iPlanet, etc.) could pose issues

other than that, not much more than adprep
