I have a problem where a couple of users get a "?" at the top of the body in all the messages they create or reply to via Outlook Web Access. I can create a new account and no problems - works like it should.

Any idea's where to start, besides deleting their account and recreating?

Thanks

A question mark usually represents a character that cannot be rendered using the codepages installed on the system. It's quite common with Japanese, Chinese, and Korean language version clients. I've also seen it happen with European currency symbols or other extended characters and US english clients. I'd check the codepages installed on the server and on the clients that are having the issue and make sure they match.

I agree the issue appears to be a local machine configuration, as others on the server (4 different servers) are not having the problems.

It is just with a couple of users on different servers getting the ? to appear.

I have one machine that gets it regardless of who logs in, so I will research and let you know what I find out.

Thanks

Still getting the ?, on one machine. Same user can login using a different machine and does not get it.

Checked all language settings for IE and Windows and cannot locate the problem..
