in CR7, I have 2 reports that include subreports that work fine in Crystal, but when I schedule them on the Crystal Info Desktop, the main report runs fine, but the subreports do not seem to refresh, and show the data from the day I last modified the report. They worked correctly in the past. Any ideas?

thanks

Directly from the database.

When you created the sub-reports, did you save them with the data? If so, save them without the data and see if this fixes the problem.

They are not being saved with data.

This morning, one report worked correctly, and another did not. The only difference I could find between the two reports is the location of the subreport. On the report that worked, the subreport is in the report footer, the one that did not work had the subreport in report footer b. I moved the subreport to report footer a, then deleted the report footer b, and it works correctly???

very strange.

Thanks for all the help.

Just a guess, but I suspect it may have been that the data being retrieved in the sub-report couldn't be found/used in the report footer b because of whatever the footer was based on, but could work in footer a. Either way, so long as it works, that's the important thing.
