You're in trouble.
First, it'd be great if all the names only took up one line. Because, you see, the first and second ones will easily be a 5-column layout:
Name---address--phone--hours--comment
You MAY be able to fix some of those names by doing a find/replace. For instance, the third one above would be fixed by doing a search for a paragraph return and a ampersand (&) and replacing it with a space and an ampersand. But if there's only one or two like that, it won't do you much good.
You need to have someone go through the file and ensure that each record will have FIVE lines and each line must be as the column headings I gave. In other words, if there's a phone number on one line and a fax number on another, they'll have to get it onto one line. If you don't have a phone number, I'd but something like XXXXXXX to indicate that there is no data in that field, but you need to make room for it.
When you convert text to table, you must have the same number of fields ready from each record. So you see, if we say, okay, convert and give us 5 columns, and one of the records only has 4 rows (because there's no phone number and no line with XXXXXX to make room for it, then column 5 in that row will contain the name of the next restaurant, and the whole table is thrown off.
I may have to FAQ this after all this, huh?
So, get everybody into 5 lines. Then select everything, again making sure you only select complete lines and no extra paragraph returns at the bottom. Then Table-Convert text to table.
