Importing updated information needed

I am trying to import data from Access 2000 to SQL Server 7.0. This is not the difficult part, the problem is, is that I need a way to update the appropriate fields in the SQL Server db with the updated fields from the Access db? Does anyone know of a query, a script, etc. that could do this for me?
