Importing snapshot

That's not how snapshots work. VMware keeps them. When you create a snapshot, you just tell VMware to stop writing to the vmdk file representing the hard disk and to start a delta vmdk file. That way, rolling back is as simple as nuking the delta file
I mean, you can browse to the data store and the folder with the vm will have all the files including snapshots, but don't count on those things being helpful on their own.
