Importing Snapshot Report

I have a report that is send to me by email in snapshot format. I was trying to import this data into my access database for analysis, but have been unsuccessful. I have already contacted the indiviual who sent me this attachment and he saids that the way they have their use interface set up their users can only send report as snapshots. I'm hoping there is someone that has a solution.

As far as I know, you can't do anything with a snapshot format except printing it.
Maybe the guy is sending snapshot formats so that nobody can modify the data. I find it hard to believe that a user interface does not allow a user select any possible format...but...
