I have a client database that has around 1000 records.the Backend is on a network share for about 7 people to access. I also have 4 or 5 guys that are going to be validating all of the information from trhe field. All they have is dialup. which cannot be done using the front end back end senario, because it would take forever. What is the best way to do this. I know I could give them a copy and Replicate, but I have never experimented with. what would be the drawback of replication if they are only going to dialup at night?
Or is there a better way to do this?

I have done something similar to this before, but I used some business rules through queries to get the data up to date. My users did all of their work on a local db, and when they were ready, transferred the data to our SQL server. In the middle I had rules that made sure that only new data was being saved. Is this the road that you want to take? Or did I miss your point?
