I am using Citrix Program Neighborhood 7.1 on Windows 2000 and Windows XP. I would like to know if there is an unattended script to add ICA connections to the Program Neighborhood.

There are a few INI files that make up the settings for Citrix Program neighborhood. APPSRV.ini PN.ini and Module.ini you can definitely do what you are looking to do but you need to be careful with replacing the entire file with a preconfigured one. Some sections will house machine and logon references. Here is a pointer to a doc that can help.
It was a search of the Citrix knowledgebase for INI and program neighborhood.

Hope this helps,
