I have tried to export gifs with an alpha channel from fireworks and they look terrible. When I export jpegs with a background that matches dreamweaver the colour looks bad too. The same happens when I export an image with a low transparency background. What is the best way to export such an image that will look good in dreamworks?

importing graphics with transparent backgrounds?

When design your graphic, use the background color that is in your website. Do not use a transparent background to design. When you go to export the image, use alpha transparency and the image should look fine. Don't use JPEG, I only use gif
