Importing global address to outlook contacts for Outlook for Internet

Using Outlook 2000 corp version with Exchange 2k server. Imported global address book from Exchange 2k to personal contacts in Outlook 2k corp ver. Want to take global addresses and export from corp version to Outlook 2000 Internet version for remote users (they "pop" their email). Email address stays as user name for ex: johndoe...not johndoes@company.com Any suggestions?
