Importing Fireworks HTML Menus

Hello,
can someone please tell me how to import Fireworks HTML drop down menus into Dreamweaver 4 please? How do i import it into the document and insert the menu into a specific place?

draw a cell where you want to insert the menu
go to insert>Interactive Image>Fireworks html
pick your file and voila you are done
sometimes i just cant take it...then i realize its already to late
