Importing Files

I havetried to import jpeg or EPS Files into QuarkXpress and get a "Quark cannot open this file in this version". I am running the 4.0 version, any ideas?

ziggy, sounds familiar, try trashing the xpress prefrences file and restarting quark.

Another Thing to look for Ziggy,<br>

check that you have the jpeg xt installed in the QuarkXPress xtensions folder. Possible corrupt eps. Also could try Prefs as said by delliott

r the images in cmyk formats or 16 bits? that might be the problem. play around with the image modes in photoshop and see which one works.
