I have an excel file setup as below and need to shift the rows to colums and colums to rows on the page. how can I do this?

job1 job2 job2
cost a $574 $464 $456
cost b $646 $654 $798
cost c $188 $755 $762

I need to import this data to run reports. If I run the reports in this format I get all my jobs listed on one page and can't read them because they are so crunched in order to fit them on one page. I can't figure out how to let them overlap into new pages. there are25 "jobs" and only 7 cost fields. Thats why I am tring to shift things. Any help or advise would be great.

Oh, I am running CR 8.5

You can try changing the report to landscape layout and change your paper size selection for your printer.. this can give you more room on the designer to work with.
Hope this helps!
