Importing email messages from netscape 7.0 to outlook express

I've found where netscape stores my messages in XP (C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\profile\ohf1nqee.slt\Mail\account) but I can't seem to get outlook express to recognize that messages are stored there. Each folder has a MSF file with it instead of the SNM files like netscape 4.x did. How can I convert these message folders so outlook express knows they are there?
