Importing Data from a Website into Access 97

I want to have a form on a website and import the data direct into an Access 97 database.
Any ideas about the best way to do this. Or is this too big a Question?
Should I use an access form or is it better to use something like CGI bin.

Any tips on the best way to achieve this.
Like, how do refresh the form each time and how often do I need to download.
