Importing Config Entities

Does anyone know how to import users using the import configuration utility without importing the NoUser?

I've tried doing this a couple times and end up with the second NoUser, and I can't get rid of it.

Any thoughts????

Run the config through the appropriate version of Install & Admin Wizard, it will flag the error (duplicate user name). You can delete the 2nd NoUser from there

I tried that too. I'm using 3.1.29 Even in Offline Mode, Manager rebuilds the user. Could it be a 3.1 issue?

This problem also happens in V3.0
once you have improted the useres try deleteing BOTH "nouser" & rebooting the system

Its a known bug. you can leave it, i dont think that it hurts anything.
