Importing a Digitial Certificate - error...

We recently renewed our Microsoft Authenticode certificate.

When I try to import it using pvkimrt, I get this error: -
Error: 80092004, Cannot find object of property.

I can't find any further information on Microsoft's site.

I'm running windows 2000 and office 2000.

Please help, I'm going spare.
