Import to Project 2003 hangs

Hi All

I have a user who is trying to import data from an Excel 2003 spreadsheet into Project 2003. When he attempts this Project hangs and in Task Manager the app shows as not responding. When he imports from Word 2003 he has no probs.

Any suggestions, please.
