I've got to be doing something stupid. I have a simple text file with about ten comma separted columns. I'm trying to copy that data into a table with about 50 columns but the ten in question have the same name in both the text file as well as the table. I used the DTS wizard to do the transfer and it appears everything has run okay. All green stuff and "complete" shows up. When I look at the table, nothing is there. There are no errors in any of the logs. I can build a new table via the text file with a different name and it works. Do I have to have every column in the table in the text file?

Any ideas?

Thanks.

No but you have to have every column that does not allow nulls.

Thanks, but I have that. There are only two. I tried doing a text file import on other tables with the same effect. It looks like it runs but nothing gets transferred.
