Import styles from Word 2003

The company I work for created Styles for us to use in Word 2003. We've upgraded to 2007 and I can't figure out how to bring those styles into 2007 without having to recreate them. Any ideas?

I refuse to use 2007, so I may be off base, but should not 2007 be able to use the Styles in your .dot files? Then save them as a new 2007 version?

Or, like 2003 and earlier, there must be an Organizer?
