Import Multiple column clipboard file into Access table

Hello all,

I'm trying to see if there is a way in VB.net 2003 to copy multiple columns from MSExcel, for instance, and import that file into multiple columns of a MSAccess Table.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
