Import/Export Excel/Word

Does anyone know if this exsists an import/export funtion between MSword and MSexcel? I'm trying to import a cel from excel into a table in word, so that everytime it changes in excel it automatically changes in word. Better then cutting and pasting everytime. I can't seem to find the function, yet I'm sure something like that must exsist. Thankyou in advance.

From Excel to Word
copy>paste special
Choose "Paste Link" option on the left side of the "Paste Special" box and "Microsoft Excel Worksheet Object" from the list in the paste special box

et voila
