Import/Export Contacts E2K

I'm trying to import and export contacts from the E2K GAL.
I have tried simply right clicking the Contacts list and selecting "Export List" but I get a 1k CSV file with just the word "NAME" in.
I have looked at csvde but i can not find anything that specifies exporting a certain contact list but only the whole GAL!
Basically I have a set of contact lists, and I only need to update one, if I can export it, I am then able to edit and import again.

If anyone knows a way of doing this it would be appreciated.
