Import E-mails from Outlook Express Into DBF

Is there a way that I can 'import' E-mails from Outlook Express into a dbf?

I'd need to include the e-mail address and of course the text.

The idea is to save e-mails into a dbf for sorting by
topic et cet.

You will have to use MAPI to iterate through the messages in the inbox because you cannot use automation with Outlook Express.
