import data from excel to an access text box!

In excel I have a cell that is linked to another app.This cell is updated real time (each second) with data. I want to see this data in a text box from a ms access form.
Any idea?

Hi,

You haven't mentioned where your Excel cell get's it's data from.
Also, it sounds dodgey to me that the cell is updated each second (why not only when it changes?).

It would obviously be simpler to update the Access field directly from the source - but what is the source?

Hi Darrylle,
You have right, my cells is updated only when information changes.
The source is Reuters.
For me it will be the best solution, to update the Access field directly from the source but I don’t know to do that in ms access.
Any idea?
