it would be so easy to split the file up on the commas and add Quark tags around the separate 'columns' of data - this would take almost all of the work out of Quark
That's a PDF document with a list of tags that QuarkXPress uses. I would suggest opening your CSV file in a spreadsheet (like Excel), inserting columns between each field and inserting an appropriate tag, such as the name of a style sheet, or a new line charactor. Resave it, create a new Quark document with an automatic text box, and Get Text. You can then do a simple Find & Replace to get rid of all the commas.
