Hi,

Seems we are not generating all Call Record Details here.
There are calls coming in and they seem not to end up in the OTM Billing database, looks like to little CDR's are generated by the M61c. (internal CDR are off).

I think this can de resolved via adjusting:
LD 17, PARM, PCDR = YES (Priority for CDR)

But what would be the impact on the PBX?
Will there be loss of voice calls?

If I look at the Traffic report, Processor Load it says:
Average Maximum Call Capacity Used = 5,11
Average Percent of CPU = 2,12
So this is a not to busy PBX with no specials attached to it.

Any remarks and suggestions are welcome.

Hi Utreg, If you had Registry issues then CDR would take priority over users getting dialtone with PCDR'YEP' set
So you'll just need to be aware of that

Cheers!!

Sorry, Just another thing to check is that all Routes that require costing have CDR YES

Cheers!!

i've never needed pcdr but if your switch is graded correctly, you should not experience dialtone delays. if you have sets with a dozen scr keys and scr keys that appear on a dozen phones, pdcr may be the straw that breaks the camels back..

i would suggest fixing cdr, then if you get delays in cdr data, bump the priority up.
