IMAP and Exchange 2003 Contacts

If running IMAP against Exchange 2003 server, how do i get the contacts folder on the server to be recognised? Now all contacts shows up as mails.

I have the same problem for Calendar items.

Currently Outlook 2003. But might change it to any other IMAP client later on.

I've been trying it out and after 2 weeks of work i cant stand it anymore. I just don't get it to work.
