how do i get rid of the vbs. at the end of the file, i cant load any jpegs

Files with .jpg.vbs (double dot) or similar extension structure are prima facie virus agent until proven the contrary.
Do _not_ try to open them, click on them etc. If you think you are not confident enough to deal with them safely, delete them rightaway.
And run immediately a thorough virus scan.
