Images Slices ans Image Maps

Hello everyone. I hope this is thr right place to post this.
I just leaned how to make Image slices and Image maps in Photoshop CS. How do I transfer all that to Dreamweaver MX? Does anyone know where I can start, this is still confusing me.

You may need to ask this question in the photoshop forum.

To the best of my knowledge, you need to use adobe online to export html pages from photoshop (I tend to use Fireworks with Dreamweaver, as they work so well together, and save Photoshop just for art)
You should take a look at the export programmes within photoshop and see if it is possible to export images and HTML (image maps are based on HTML coordinates)
Your alternative is to simple export the image, and create the image map within DW, as it has this ability.
Insert an image, with the image property box open select a lasso tool (there should be three in MX, not sure for DW 4) There is a choice of square, circle, and make your own shape. (if you can't find these, try expanding the property box, and make sure you have the image selected)
You should then be able to make your image map.
