images in the database

Is it possible to have images in the databse, and also pdfs?

Possible: Yes. Suggested or recommended: Not really.

However this is in no way related to HTML or CSS, and so falls out side the scope of this forum

Asking for more specifics in the forum for the database you are using, or the programming language used to connect to it would be a better choice.
