Hi there I have a question,

I'm making an Access input program which can insert records into a database. Now I have a textfield where the path to an image has to be inserted. What I want is that users can browse to the image in a list of files and then select one and let the path be inputted in the list. Does anybody know how to do this or where I can find an example of this.

Thanx in advantage,

Irwo Kandziora

See the following post. This should answer any questions you have about using an "Open" dialog box. You can do this via a browse button. When the user finds a file and selects it, it gets assigned to a variable that can then be written to a table. Check out the post and then let us know if you have any more questions.

<A HREF=" TARGET="_new">
Jim Lunde
compugeeks@hotmail.com
<a href= Application Development
