Image Resizing Tag

Does anyone know of a custom tag that can be used to resize an image into two different sizes, one for a thumbnail and one for a larger picture, allowing the user to upload a picture of any size and the system to resize the image to two different set sizes.

Here's a link to Allaire's Developers' Exchange. Look for a tag called AutoResize. I think that will do what you are asking.
