Hi

I had this problem before and it solved itself mysteriously...

Now, take a wild guess, it happened again.

I have a template file, saved in a map template. (Dreamweaver does this automatically)

Whats the problem?
A path in my template file looks like this: ../images/logo.gif

now in my htm it changed to: /images/logo.gif instead of images/logo.gif

What am I doing wrong here?

Any help is much apreciated!

I'm not sure that you're doing anything wrong, CMD83. It's to do with the way DW finds the relative link (as opposed to absolute). The template is located in a template folder which means that links establised in the template file will be pointing to a different relative location when you create a file based on the template because that file will NOT be located inside the template folder.

The thing to remember is to always use the "browse for file" or "point to file" function in DW so that DW knows the location. Then the adjustments it makes to the relative links will always be correct.

DW will also make adjustments to the relative links when you upload the files.
