Back in the day, I remember seeing a jpg or bmp of the Mas tables and relationships, but I can't seem to remember where.

Anybody know a link?

That would be an absurdly large jpg and doubly so for version 4. Is there some reason that you cannot use the supplied technical reference PDF files?

The picture only shows table names, and join references. Regarding the PDF's, only reason is involvement in data migration, and wanted to include a simple reference (With actual table names) to related parties. Data is leaving, not being imported.
