Users of my Access 2K application seem to have the following isolated instance from time to time:
Within my application I have a form where users can click a locate button and then browse their machine and pull the path of an image file such as .gif, .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, etc... into the form. The image path is stored in the database and the form is supposed to display the image. The user locates the image file and path okay but the image file does not appear/load into the form.
The application is running on the Access 2K Runtime and not the full retail version of Access 2K. Also the users experiencing this problem do not have any other Microsoft Office applications installed such as Word, Excel, etc.
Is there a graphics file/filter missing somewhere that is not installed with Access 2K Runtime? Please help.
Not sure what is happening here as this only occurs on a few end users machines.
