Hi,

From time to time i decide to update the firmwares on some of our smaller routers and everytime i get frustrated goin thru cisco homepage. We have alot of remote offices with cisco 871 routers with bundled advIP and security. I cant fint the bundles on the download page. Do you have to download them both or?

These bundles are available in the current 12.4 IOS download section:

ADV. IP SERVICES
ADVANCED IP SERVICES
ADVANCED SECURITY

Ok so i download both and upload them to the routers. Before i only used ip services on our routers.

The only difference may be that the advanced ip package has additional support for the "W" wireless routers. Might double check with Cisco and see if that is correct. Why use two when you dont have to.
