Image conversion

Anyone know of any code to convert a PDF to an image format (JPG or TIFF preferably, but BMP would be okay as well).

Also, I'd like to extract individual pages from a multipage TIFF file. Anyone know how I can do that?

for the tiff I think that is built in.
